We are seeking highly motivated, experienced, and energetic candidates for the position of Resident Relations Manager at our Fountain Park property in Playa Vista, CA.
Responsibilities:
Have an in-depth knowledge of the lease agreement, and be familiar with any legal issues which may be asked (i.e. three-day notices). Be familiar with policies and procedures of the company, particularly as they relate to Fair Housing, discrimination, asbestos, lead, and mold knowledge, and occupancy standards. Thoroughly investigates resident complaints and lease violations and resolves these issues in a timely manner. Respond to courtesy patrol issues in a timely fashion. Confidently resolves conflicts with residents regarding rent increases, noise violations, theft and other similar issues. Maintain and manage scheduling calendar for Clubhouse rental, Guest Suite rental, and Conference Room rental. Manage Package Log Program. Oversee distribution to residents per Policy. Support Property Manager in implementation of timely collection procedures including rents, banking activities, ancillary income, and documentation of all transactions, in accordance with company policies and practices. Collecting monthly rent payments and separating the late payments per company guidelines. May be assigned to assist with bookkeeping duties.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. 3 years industry experience including customer service, leasing, accounting and management. Training in conflict resolution and dealing with difficult customers preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of business correspondence. Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office preferred. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job. Must be able to function effectively in sales/marketing and customer service environment.
