This in-depth audio seminar will?explore ethical issues?in elder law. Although the ethical issues from state to state are similar, this program will discuss the ethical issues applicable to all states. Taught by an elder law expert and an ethics professional, this seminar qualifies for 1.5 hours of ethics CLE credit, depending on jurisdiction.

Co-chaired by Mark Levin, an attorney in Roseland, New Jersey, who specializes in elder law, and Carol Johnston, Secretary to the Advisory Committee on Professional Ethics of the New Jersey court system, this 90-minute audio program will examine the following topics:
